We are looking for experienced support technicians with high social skills to join our technical customer support team. The positions are permanent, full-time positions located in the climate community of Saerbeck (Germany).   

Follow the global movement of green energy production with Enapter! Repair systems and develop strategies for efficient maintenance. Support customers all around the world with expert knowledge of our hydrogen systems and help us accelerate the deployment of the revolutionary AEM electrolyser technology.  

Aufgaben

  • Participate in service and commissioning trips with customer support team or our partners
  • Implement and grow our repair, refurbishment and recycling processes & activities in Saerbeck(Germany)
  • Implement and grow our Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) initiative for the upcoming Enapter Campus
  • Set up a modbus test environment to create a functional interface to our EL’s including testing of local web interface
  • Organise service and commissioning trips with our partners 
  • Keep on top of our repair, refurbishment and recycling processes & activities 
  • Help perform and organise both internal and external trainings and system demonstrations 
  • Receive and handle customer complaints and convert suggestions from customers into action 
  • Answer customer requests on multiple channels 
  • Troubleshoot  and provide technical feedback to other internal functional clusters  
  • Continuously optimise existing methods to create the best Enapter customer service experience 
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction 
  • Work with other customer support team members and specialised colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support, answering tickets and organising general support activities 

Dein Profil

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
  • You are fluent in English; if you can also speak Italian, German or any other language, this is a plus! 
  • You have previous experience in customer support or other highly service-related work environments 
  • You are willing to work in Saerbeck (Germany)
  • You are willing to be trained up to 3 months in Pisa (Italy)
  • Advanced user in operating systems such as Linux, Windows and Mac
  • Experience in programming, scripting, databases etc. is a plus
  • You have a hands-on approach and can simplify complex technical issues, allowing customers to understand our products and possible problems, even if they are new in the industry 
  • You actively seek solutions to customer needs and want to drive innovative solutions on behalf of the customer experience 
  • You are used to and comfortable in international work environments, and your open-mindedness helps you to address customers individually, independent of their culture and language 
  • You are a social person, always willing to help and finding appropriate words even in stressful and challenging situations providing product knowledge
