Idea Submission Policy

Unsolicited Ideas

Enapter does not recommend nor normally accept unsolicited idea submissions including, but not limited to: Technological ideas; new or altered products; marketing campaigns; brand names; product names; strategy.

Please do not submit any unsolicited ideas or other work to Enapter, or Enapter’s employees.

The purpose of this policy is to avoid misunderstandings or disputes should Enapter’s activity seem similar to an unsolicited submission.

If, despite our request that you not send unsolicited submissions and you still submit them, then regardless of what your submission says, the following terms shall apply to your submissions.

The submitter of an unsolicited idea agrees that:

  • The submission and their contents will automatically become the property of Enapter, without any compensation to the submitter or any other party;
  • Enapter may use or redistribute the submissions and their contents for any purpose and in any way;
  • There is no obligation for Enapter to review the submission;
  • There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.

 

Idea submission

If you wish to submit an idea to Enapter relating to topics including, but not limited to Technological ideas; new or altered products; marketing campaigns; brand names; product names; or strategy then please follow the following guidelines.

Do not share any information not in the public domain in the first communication. Such subject matter will be considered an unsolicited submission as above.

At the sole discretion of Enapter discussion may progress, with relevant protections put in place for both parties.

The submitter of an idea acknowledges that:

  • Discussion of a submission will progress at the sole discretion of Enapter;
  • There is no obligation for Enapter to review the submission;
  • There is no obligation to keep any submissions confidential.
  • Any use or pursuance of an idea submitted in accordance with the above idea submission policy will be governed by a separate agreement.
