Creo UK, a specialist green energy construction company, developed its Research House as the first on-grid hydrogen/solar powered house in the UK. As a result of the successful installation and testing of various hydrogen and energy technologies on-site, Creo demonstrated it could use Enapter’s electrolysers to create green hydrogen that solves seasonal energy storage deficits in homes.
Since then, Creo has worked closely with Enapter in implementing and testing its Energy Management System Toolkit (EMS Toolkit) in the Research House, using it to monitor, control and even automate energy creation and use across all devices. It is now focussing on AI-enhanced energy management. The expertise developed through the Research House enabled Creo UK to offer its service as a hydrogen system integrator and develop hydrogen storage technology.
