Purchasing & Accounting Working Student (m/f/d)

We’re looking for a dynamic Purchasing & Accounting Working Student (m/f/d) interested in learning about the clean hydrogen business by supporting the Purchasing and Administration team in our day-to-day activities.

Your responsibilities

  • Supporting the financial administrative office in daily business such as preparation and processing of invoices
  • Precoding and organizing invoices for proper categorization and allocation to the relevant accounts
  • Maintaining an efficient invoice filing system, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents
  • Assisting with the management of accounts payable records
  • Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations and other general accounting tasks as required
  • Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed
  • Supporting Purchasing Team in operational daily business
  • Participating in incoming goods inspection
  • Supporting validation of orders vs. warehouse receipts and invoices

Your profile

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
  • You’re an enrolled student at a German university
  • You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with numbers
  • You have good and clear communication skills in English and German
  • You have a keen eye for details
  • You have a “can do & hands on” mentality and are comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced  environment
