Office Management Working Student (m/f/d)

Enapter is a rapidly-growing energy technology company with offices in Italy, Germany and Thailand. We develop and produce Anion Exchange Membrane (AEM) electrolysers that enable low-cost green hydrogen production at any scale.

We’re looking for reinforcement to support our team and guests at our Berlin office. You’ll support the team in administrative and organisational matters and be the first point of contact for colleagues. You’re the most organised person you know, a great communicator, innovative in solving problems and very empathetic. As our new Office Management Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin, you’ll influence the inner workings of Enapter and be a key player with diverse tasks and engagement with the whole team.

Your responsibilities

  • Be the face of our Berlin office – welcome our guests and support both our customers and your colleagues with answers, resources and solutions
  • Take care of office maintenance, mail, shipping, orders and invoices, as well as communicating independently with our suppliers
  • Organise, prepare for and follow-up on appointments, e.g., events, workshops, internal and external meetings
  • See where we can improve our office and derive meaningful and pragmatic solutions
  • Take responsibility for organisation and management of business travels
  • Be the first point of contact for Enapter by accepting and redirecting incoming calls

Your profile

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
  • You are enrolled in a German University
  • Preferably first experience in office management in a fast-paced environment or similar
  • Outstanding organisational skills and a keen eye for detail
  • You are communicative, solution-oriented and interested in learning new things
  • Good knowledge of common office applications
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English
