We’re looking for an Office Assistant & Receptionist who takes care of the organization of our office and is the first interface with the visitors who come to our site.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- Be the face of our Pisa office, welcome our guests and support both our customers and your colleagues with answers, resources and solutions
- Book and arrange travel, transport, and accommodations in agreement with HR company policy
- Organise, prepare for, and follow-up on appointments, e.g., events, workshops, internal and external meetings
- Answer and route incoming calls
- Support the Company Management in their daily routines by keeping an overview and ensuring that they always have all the relevant information at their fingertips
- Support colleagues in Administration office activities when needed
- Reading and analysing letters, agendas, emails and determining significance; taking action in a timely manner
- See where we can improve our office and derive meaningful and pragmatic solutions
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
- Experience in Office assistance activities
- An eye for detail and an ability to keep people on track
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Organization knowledge of travels, transports and accommodations
- Proficiency with common office software
- Basic Knowledge in Italian accounting activities
- Business fluency in English and Italian

We’re looking for reinforcement for our Enapter Campus in Saerbeck office. You’ll support the team in administrative and organizational matters, be the first point of contact for colleagues and guests and assist in commercial and accounting matters. You’re probably the most organised person in the company, a great communicator, innovative in solving problems and very empathetic. - Take care of maintenance, mail, shipping, orders and invoices, as well as communicate independently with our suppliers
- Organise, prepare for and follow up on appointments, e.g., events, workshops, internal and external meetings
- See where we can improve our office and derive meaningful and pragmatic solutions
- Travel management and organization for the team

Enapter entered the regulated market of the Frankfurt (General Standard) and Hamburg stock exchanges in October 2020, as part of a reverse merger. We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Manager to support us in our further growth and scaling up of production.

What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- Capital market communication with investors, analysts and financial journalists
- Conception and preparation of annual and half-year reports, as well as investor presentations
- Management of and content preparation for investor relations events such as investor conferences, annual general meetings, capital markets days and roadshows
- Adherence to and implementation of capital market and issuer compliance in the regulated market (General Standard) of the Frankfurt and Hamburg Stock Exchanges
- Project management of capital measures
- Support and further development of the Investor Relations website www.enapterag.de
- Monthly investor relations reporting to the Executive Board
- Internal communication of capital market issues (Executive Board, Supervisory Board)
- Preparation of competitor and trend analyses as well as share analyses
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
- University degree with a focus on finance or corresponding professional training relevant to capital markets
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in finance or with a listed company (regulated market)
- Strong knowledge of capital markets and financial economics
- Experience in capital market communication
- High work capacity with the ability to precisely analyze and clearly describe and present complex matters
- High affinity for numbers, analytical and conceptual skills as well as accuracy
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- German native speaker with very good command of written and spoken English
