Mechanical Modelling and Simulation (FEM/FEA/CAE) Engineer (m/f/d) | Pisa, Italy

We’re looking for a Mechanical Modelling and Simulation Engineer to further develop and optimize our electrolytic stack. Are you passionate about running simulations? You’ve already gained meaningful experience in FEM/FEA/CAE? You’re motivated to deepen your knowledge as well as broaden your skills regarding different simulation aspects, software and programming languages? Then join our team!

Your responsibilities

  • Perform FEM/FEA/CAE simulation for the development of the electrolytic stack
  • Lead the mechanical optimisation of the electrolytic stack
  • Oversee and enable the rapid prototyping of new system components
  • Design optimisation for components including gaskets for gases and liquids by performing quantitative sensitivity analyses
  • Define, supervise, or perform testing for material characterization
  • Provide support in documentation for the prototyping of electrolyser stacks and systems
  • Support production and aftermarket teams

Your profile

  • Master’s degree in mechanical engineering or in an equivalent field of studies
  • Expertise in mechanical modelling (FEM/FEA/CAE) is a must-have
  • Experience in the following simulation aspects would be a plus but is not mandatory:
    • Non-linear analysis
    • Contact formulation
    • Hyperplastic and viscoelastic-plastic material
    • Gaskets creeps and viscous response in “pressure device” and / or in sealing modelling
    • Fluid-structure interaction
  • Understanding of devices working under pressure
  • Experience with design sealing systems (o-ring and gasket) as well as in designing components of plastic material
  • Knowledge in using CAD-software tools (Autodesk Inventor) and FEM/FEA/CAE software (Ansys, Nastram, Abaqus, COMSOL etc.)
  • Knowledge of programming languages such as Matlab or Python would be advantageous
  • Fluent in Italian as well as good communication skills in English

ERP Project Manager (m/f/d) | Saerbeck, Germany

Your responsibilities

  • Configuration and commissioning of an ERP system (greenfield) for the campus in Saerbeck and integration of a further production site in Pisa
  • Planning of adaptations, extensions, and new functions of the ERP system over time, as well as implementation and further development
  • Determination of Enapter’s target processes and requirements in cooperation with specialist teams and implementation of these together with an ERP integrator
  • Creation of transparent business processes through documentation in the process management software according to BPMN 2.0
  • Connection of the existing software solutions and the machine park/logistics warehouse
  • Regular function and data tests, as well as analysis of errors and problem cases
  • First and second level support, in addition to conducting user trainings
  • Development of a blueprint for introduction in further locations

Your profile

  • Demonstrated experience as a manager of medium and large projects

  • Confidence in working with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or one of the market-leading solutions; experience in relational database systems (e.g. MS SQL) is an advantage

Production Team Lead (m/f/d) | Pisa, Italy

We’re looking for a detailed-oriented Production Team Lead (m/f/d) to monitor our day-to-day operations and lead the workforce to meet all production goals. By managing the complete production flow of our electrolysers, you’ll play an integral part of our success as we scale up. You’ll manage staff and shifts, work with the Industrial Engineering department to uncover inefficient processes, organize the workforce to meet production schedules and ensure that finished products meet established quality standards.

Your responsibilities will range from pre-assembly to line assembly, final inspection and final packaging, ensuring the highest productivity and quality the team can achieve. Be ready for a dynamic environment!

  • Review production schedules, customization specifications, and related information
  • Managing different shift leads and tutors contributing to the development of design and production standards in collaboration with Industrial Engineering

We are looking for experienced support technicians with high social skills to join our technical customer support team. The positions are permanent, full-time positions located in the climate community of Saerbeck (Germany).

Follow the global movement of green energy production with Enapter! Repair systems and develop strategies for efficient maintenance. Support customers all around the world with expert knowledge of our hydrogen systems and help us accelerate the deployment of the revolutionary AEM electrolyser technology.

Your responsibilities

  • Participate in service and commissioning trips with customer support team or our partners
  • Implement and grow our repair, refurbishment and recycling processes & activities in Saerbeck(Germany)
