  • As the technical product expert, you’ll be responsible for identifying and resolving client concerns to successfully provide solutions to their inquiries

  • Work experience of at least 2-5 years

  • Keeping a cool head and being able to quickly solve problems while explaining complex concepts in simple terms
  • High confidence in interaction with customers, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills

As a Service Engineer in our Pisa service team, you’ll utilise your resourcefulness to ensure smooth operation during service trips on hydrogen production sites around Europe and the rest of the world.

We’re looking for reinforcement to support our team and guests at our Berlin office. You’ll support the team in administrative and organisational matters and be the first point of contact for colleagues. You’re the most organised person you know, a great communicator, innovative in solving problems and very empathetic. As our new Office Management Working Student (m/f/d) in Berlin, you’ll influence the inner workings of Enapter and be a key player with diverse tasks and engagement with the whole team.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for securing and improving the quality of our upcoming electrolyser mass production in Saerbeck.
