Welcome to the Enapter community!
First up, we have to mention that quality is a key element of Enapter’s company principles. These principles guide all of our actions, not just the delivery of products and services that are safe and compliant with the requirements of our customers and partners. They also guide Enapter’s employees for the achievement of our ambitious mission of making green hydrogen affordable and accessible to all with AEM Electrolysers – thus helping to replace fossil fuels and flip global warming.

Our Quality Policy is embedded into all levels of Enapter, with particular attention to our most powerful resource: the internal stakeholders, our employees! Enapter is growing rapidly and we make sure that every employee is a great addition to the team – with the motivation to improve the world, as well as the technical and organisational skills to improve our team and the company. We are committed to fostering the quality culture both within the company and regarding external stakeholders by applying our Quality Management System – to better develop, manufacture and provide high-quality products.

We motivate the supply chain from suppliers to customers, to steadily increase operational performance through continual training and development. We don’t just provide customers with a sustainable way to produce renewable energy: We create long-lasting products, engineered in line with circular economy principles. From the first idea to the final product, we always think from cradle-to-cradle – from start to end-of-life and future refurbishment or recycling. Our business concept takes care of the development of our product, our business and our productive processes throughout the whole life cycle.

We produce high quality products to enable our customers to run their systems continuously at maximum efficiency. Quality controls from research and development to industrialisation ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory and customer requirements. We identify and understand the requirements of our customers, measure the customer perception and continuously improve customer satisfaction.

Our projects follow the Agile principles, and our team members are trained to face challenges by collaborating with interdisciplinary teams. We promote knowledge sharing, we support one another with challenges on a daily basis, and we support our customers by continuously improving our products and service.
