We’re looking for a dynamic Purchasing & Accounting Working Student (m/f/d) interested in learning about the clean hydrogen business by supporting the Purchasing and Administration team in our day-to-day activities.

Deine Aufgaben:
- Supporting the financial administrative office in daily business such as preparation and processing of invoices
- Precoding and organizing invoices for proper categorization and allocation to the relevant accounts
- Maintaining an efficient invoice filing system, ensuring accuracy and easy retrieval of documents
- Assisting with the management of accounts payable records
- Supporting the accounting team with data entry, reconciliations and other general accounting tasks as required
- Providing administrative support to the accounting department as needed
- Supporting Purchasing Team in operational daily business
- Participating in incoming goods inspection
- Supporting validation of orders vs. warehouse receipts and invoices
Dein Profil:
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
- You’re an enrolled student at a German university
- You are tech-savvy and enjoy working with numbers
- You have good and clear communication skills in English and German
- You have a keen eye for details
- You have a “can do & hands on” mentality and are comfortable in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
