Our Sales Team is looking for further colleagues to scale up our business worldwide. Are you a “go-getter” with a high sense of urgency, technological affinity and a gift for sealing the deal? If you´re passionate about changing the world as we are, then you are in the right place!
What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- Processing incoming leads, generating new leads, developing sales opportunities
- Analysing customer needs, preparing quotations, negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Researching and understanding green hydrogen markets and customers
- Managing relationships with existing customers and partners and tailoring our offering to them
- Serving as the face of the company to partners and customers
- Working together with the Business Strategy team to align communication and business development
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
- Ideally 2-5 years’ experience in sales, presales, or technical sales of complex technology in the renewable energy, hydrogen or gas industries or similar
- Strong negotiations skills and experience in closing six-figure sales
- A deep network in the renewable energy sector is a plus
- Experience in building partner networks or distribution channels is a plus
- Experience working with a CRM tool is a plus
- Willingness to travel
- To enjoy seizing opportunities, experimenting, and innovating in a fast-paced environment
- Proactive attitude, a hunger to get things done, and a desire to voice your ideas and opinions
- Excellent communication skills in German and English are a must, Spanish is a plus

We’re looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Working Student (m/f/d) interested in learning about the clean hydrogen business by supporting the Business Development (BD) team in our day-to-day activities.
If you’re as passionate about changing the world as we are then you’re in the right place!
What role will you play in building a green hydrogen future?
- Supporting the sales team in qualifying leads and processing customer inquiries
- Support in organising and updating our CRM database
- Market research to help identify target markets
- Development of customer relationships and initiation of hydrogen projects
- New customer acquisition
- Preparation and execution of sales pitches
- Support of the team in the preparation and follow-up of events
What do you need to help make our goals a reality?
- First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
- Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business or technical-related field
- Available for 15- 20 hours per week
- Fluent in German and English, any other language is a plus
- Experience and network in the energy sector, specific to hydrogen is a plus
- Experience with customer contact, Experience in sales is a plus
- Strong communication skills
- Have a pro-active attitude, a hunger to learn and a desire to take action in a dynamic start-up environment
