We’re looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to monitor our products and processes ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.
Issuing and reviewing quality documents (Quality Control Plan, DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP)
Analyzing data related to the quality of product, on its basis managing non-conformities, containment and corrective actions
Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes
Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)
Applying continuous improvement following the PDCA method
Set and track quality assurance goals (e.g. reduce average turnaround time for quality checks by 20%)
Auditing systems based on to ISO 9001:2015 requirements
Determining quality metrics for all manufacturing procedures
Monitor the entire production cycle and perform regular tests to identify potential malfunctions as early as possible
Inspect product materials and electrical systems for defects and durability
Cooperate with the Purchasing Department for the supplier assessment (support the management of vendor list and vendor rating)
Work with other internal teams to increase customer satisfaction by improving the quality of the products
Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance
First things first: Enthusiasm for the partgreen hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
Bachelor’s degree in management/Industrial engineering or equivalent field
Preferable a minimum of three years of experience in the manufacturing field in a structured company
Good knowledge of the ISO 9001-2015
Excellent knowledge of Office Suite and proficiency in SAP
Risk-based approach and strong problem-solving skills
Willing to co-operate with different departments, target-oriented and detail-oriented
C1 Italian level, fluent in both written and spoken English
Good documentation and organization skills
