Customer Support Engineer (m/f/d)

Are you an engineer who cannot decide whether you are more passionate about technical problems or if you love to support people worldwide? Bring new ideas into development and production, take care of a global customer network and support us to accelerate the deployment of the revolutionary AEM technology.


  • Identify customer needs and help customers use our products and specific features
  • Optimise existing methods to create an Enapter customer service experience
  • Critically think about established processes and bring in your thoughts and ideas to improve them
  • Convert improvement suggestions from customers into action
  • Work with other customer support team members and specialised colleagues to ensure a consistent and high-quality level of support
  • Help other team members from other functional teams in the company deal with internal technical issues

Your profile

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it
  • If you have a degree in IT, that’s great, but we care more about your practical skills in engineering
  • Advanced User in operating systems such as Linux, Windows and Mac
  • Advanced User in CPE network equipment (SOHO). Knowledge to create home wireless/cable computer network from scratch
  • Experience in programming, scripting, databases etc.
  • You have previous experience in telecom customer support, customer service, or other highly service-related work environments
  • You have experience using remote support tools & setting up cloud-based products
  • You have excellent communication skills and can explain highly complex and technical issues to non-technical customers and staff
  • You are comfortable working in an international work environment
  • Excellent communication skills in English is a must; fluency in Russian, Japanese, German, Italian, Mandarin is a plus
