We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer (m/f/d) to join our electrolyser stack development team in Pisa, Italy. You will be an integral part of the development process and will have a wide range of technical challenges to tackle. Be ready for a dynamic environment!

Your tasks: 

  • Work in conjunction with other team members to organise and complete various mechanical design projects
  • Assist with the selection, analysis and development of various components to optimise for performance and cost
  • Analysis and selection of manufacturing processes
  • Producing and Management of 2D / 3D drawings

Enapter is looking for an R&D Test Engineer (m/f/d). You will join the Testing Team and your phenomenal skills will allow us to constantly improve our products, finding strengths and weakness of our devices. Enthusiasm for the hydrogen technology must be your daily driving force. You will learn how to run our AEM electrolyser with both state of the art and research layouts and components. To work in this team with different backgrounds, a dynamic attitude and open mindedness is required.

  • Set up experimental tests

Your tasks:

  • Work on multiple stations during the shift to ensure maximum readiness and preparation
  • Read the drawings and check the necessary parts before assembly
  • Notify supervisors of any defects in parts or equipment to ensure a quick response to the problem

We’re looking for a Quality Engineer (m/f/d) to monitor our products and processes ensuring they meet the required safety and quality standards. To be successful in this role, you should be familiar with inspection techniques and be able to act as an auditor for all our internal systems identifying issues and recommending solutions.  

Your tasks: 

  • Issuing and reviewing quality documents (Quality Control Plan, DFMEA/PFMEA and PPAP) 
  • Analyzing data related to the quality of product, on its basis managing non-conformities, containment and corrective actions 
  • Identify the root of technical issues and recommend fixes 
  • Prepare reports on malfunctions and corrective actions (e.g. number of defective raw materials per order)

  • Coordinate with external quality assurance auditors and technicians to ensure legal compliance

Your tasks: 

Depending on your background, experience and interests, you will join one of our teams in Germany or Italy.  

  • Engineering: Work with us on our devices, equipment and systems and develop new designs 
  • Chemistry: Study, optimise and characterise existing or promising new materials, support us improving the core system of our electrolyser stack or work with us on the scale up and automation of our chemical production 
  • Marketing: Support the Marketing team in Social Media and Content Marketing, dig into our website management and analytics or work on generating leads and broadening our network of partners and clients  
  • Communications / PR: Bring in your passion for internal and external communication, engage with our community and spread awareness of hydrogen and the benefits in the world 
  • Business Development: Acquire new customers, build our partner network and support in development of business models and target markets 
  • Customer Support: Work with our team on identifying customer needs, help customers using our products and features and support us to accelerate the deployment of the revolutionary AEM technology 
  • HR: Support the HR Team in growing our great teams worldwide fighting climate change, work on HR Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR Development, Onboarding and support in administrative topics
