Your tasks:

  • As part of the team you will be performing tests on electronic related components

We’re looking for a Development Engineer to join our team and prepare our products for mass production, increasing reliability and lowering its cost. You will be working closely with our Pisa and Saerbeck teams and follow the product design process from specification to production.  

Your tasks:  

  • Development of process liquid loop components (e.g. cooling circuit, electrolyte circuit) from prototyping to mass-manufacturing 
  • Conception and selection of specific components like piping, pumps, control switches, sensors (temperature, pressure, flow, H2, O2) 
  • Coordination of calculation or simulation of the complete process liquid loop (including cooling and water treatment) 
  • Define and support internal or external functional tests together with our testing team 
  • Execute design for manufacturing and assembly   

Your profile:

On this role you will be not only focused on aforementioned but also on integration of local acquisition system into cloud-based platform.  

Your tasks: 

  • Mining data from primary and secondary sources and interpreting them using statistical tools

You will join the Testing Team and your phenomenal skills will allow us to constantly improve our products, finding strengths and weakness of our devices. We are designing and building an additional R&D center as part of the Saerbeck Enapter Campus and are looking for a motivated and well-organized colleague to support the project from a chemistry point of view. You as our Project Manager Chemical Facilities (m/f/d) will be responsible for the on-site technical and organizational management of our Enapter Campus in Saerbeck. This includes the design, regulatory approval and construction of the Chemical Production facility and the R&D Chemistry facility. You will work very closely with the Saerbeck Project Manager & Factory Planner, the Chief Scientist in Pisa as well as with the construction company, technical suppliers and local authorities.  

Your tasks: 

  • Plan the space, instrument and utility designs for the Chemical Production and R&D Chemistry facilities in Saerbeck 
  • Evaluate various technical instruments and solutions, liaising with construction companies and technical suppliers to guarantee a stream-lined and efficient set-up of the facilities 
  • Perform background research, prepare documentation and support the regulatory approval process for the facilities 
  • Oversee that the facilities are built on time and according to specification (in conjunction with the Lead Project Management & Factory Planning)

We are growing incredibly fast and need support for our HR team. Join us as a Talent Acquisition Specialist (m/f/d) in Berlin or Saerbeck and help us to expand our great global teams fighting climate change.  

Your tasks:

  • Full Cycle Recruiting: You are responsible for the entire recruiting process for the national and international positions to be managed
  • Communication: You do direct search, conduct interviews and communicate with candidates and hiring managers, always keeping an eye on a fantastic candidate experience
  • Analyses: You constantly examine existing processes and your recruiting activities based on KPIs and derive the corresponding measures
  • Talent Management: You make a point of promoting diverse talents and proactively build and expand talent networks
  • Beyond Recruiting: You think outside the box and proactively advance topics such as personnel marketing, retention and diversity

Your profile:

  • First things first: Enthusiasm for the part green hydrogen will play in tomorrow’s world and Enapter’s role in it 
  • You are a professional in end-to-end recruiting, sourcing and working with HR systems
  • You have a basic technical understanding and ideally have already filled engineering and chemistry roles
  • You are business fluent in English (German is a plus)
  • You are well organized, creative and have a desire to work in a rapidly evolving environment. You also bring a sense of humor, we like to laugh at work 🙂

Your tasks: 

Depending on your background, experience and interests, you will join one of our teams in Germany or Italy.

  • Business Development: Acquire new customers, build our partner network and support in development of business models and target markets 
  • Customer Support: Work with our team on identifying customer needs, help customers using our products and features and support us to accelerate the deployment of the revolutionary AEM technology 
  • HR: Support the HR Team in growing our great teams worldwide fighting climate change, work on HR Marketing, Talent Acquisition, HR Development, Onboarding and support in administrative topics
