See allTesting site for hydrogen supplement in gas network
Canberra, Australia
Injecting green hydrogen into gas networks is one way to reduce CO2 emissions. Evoenergy and the Canberra Institute of Technology (CIT) partnered up for the first project that is testing up to 100% of hydrogen on existing materials, equipment and work practices in preparation for application to the existing gas distribution networks. The goal is to test how much green hydrogen can be injected in the existing natural gas network and if there are modifications needed. The facility will also be used to train CIT apprentice plumbers in how hydrogen will be distributed and connected to homes.
